BY ACCESSING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SITE USER AGREEMENT. All registration information the Bidder provides to Auctioneer shall be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Bidder agrees to not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted on and during the auction sale.

All items sell "AS IS - HOW IS - WHERE IS." Neither the Auctioneer or the Seller gives any type of guarantee or warranty, implied or otherwise. These items are offered for auction and their descriptions are from sources deemed reliable and submitted subject to errors, omissions and change without notice. Any errors are not sufficient grounds for returning any purchased item. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION RESTS WITH THE BUYER. SHOULD THE AUCTION ITEM(S) PROVE NOT TO BE WHAT THE BUYER HAD ASSUMED THEM TO BE FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE, THE BUYER AGREES TO ACCEPT THE GOODS REGARDLESS OF THEIR CONDITION! Obenauf Auction Service, Inc. encourages all bidders to personally inspect all items BEFORE BIDDING! Both the seller and/or the auctioneer reserve their right to withdraw any auction items at any time and/or extend the auction duration. All items will be sold to the highest bidder (Some items may have a reserve or minimum and will not be sold unless the reserve or minimum price has been obtained.) Obenauf Auction Service, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Payment Terms:

Payment Terms: A 8% buyers fee and 7.0% sales tax will be added to all purchases (sales tax will not be charged on vehicles or if you are tax exempt and provide a copy of your state issued Sellers' Permit/tax ID number.) Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction close. Full payment is required within 5 business days of the invoice date. Accepted payment is Cash, Bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, Money order, Personal or Company Check Only with bank letter guarantee, payable to Obenauf Auction Service, Inc., 118 N. Orchard, Round Lake, IL 60073. Visa/MasterCard purchases are limited up to $5,000. If more than $5,000, wire transfer should be used. Call Carol {847-546-2095} if you are paying with your credit card or sending a wire transfer. Full payment must be made and properly honored before any auction item will be released to buyer. All titles will be held until funds have been verified. Titles must be assigned to the buyer or some other identity. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid.

Removal:

Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the time of sale and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. Owner/Seller and Auctioneer agree that merchandise may remain on the premises for a determined period of time following the sale. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises is posted on an auction-by-auction basis, on the specific auction page. After the final removal date, there will be a $25.00 per day, per item storage fee charged to the Buyer. If merchandise is not removed within ten days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the original Owner/Seller and the Owner/Seller may dispose of the item at their discretion.
